LOST NUF & HFC ORDERS

When an order get lost with UPS / DHL/ Budbee we use this routine:
- Create a new BC-order on the customer
- Add product + correct shipping
- Reduce the cost to zero!
- Make a note in the comments which order this one replaces: Ex: "Replacement order for #HFC6395 lost in Budbee space"
- Release the order as usual
- Make a note in the original order #HFC6395: Ex: Budbee lost this order - replacement order BC0032168
- When and IF the original order returns to Future OPS will be notified in return-slack.
- Future will then return order HFC6395 to the Ongoing stock and OPS will raise the products in SUN-COM stock
