HFC & NUF ROUTINES
đž WHEN FUTURE SENDS OUT WRONG PRODUCT:
- Customer will notify Sweef through ClaimlaneÂ
- KS: Send a return label to customerÂ
- KS: Contact Future in sweef-future slack and tell them to send out the right product
- KS: Make a note in the BC-order: "Customer got XS instead of S - return label sent, Future will send a new pyjamas + initials"
- KS: Do not do anything with the stocks! The stocks will be correct when the wrong pyjamas is back at Future and the right pyjamas is sent to customer
- KS: IMPORTANT!!: Leave clear notes in BC and Claimlane so OPS will know what to do do with the return product
OPS: When the wrong product comes back to Future:
- Ask Future to put it back in the shelf (no return is needed in ongoing)
đž WHEN AN ORDER GETS LOST with UPS / DHL/ Budbee:
- KS: Create a new BC-order on the customer
- KS: Add product + correct shippingÂ
- KS: Reduce the cost to zero!Â
- KS: Make a note in the comments which order this one replaces: Ex: "Replacement order for #HFC6395 lost in Budbee space + initials"
- KS: Release the order as usual
- KS: Make a note in the original order #HFC6395: Ex: Budbee lost this order - replacement order BC0032168
OPS: When and IF the original order returns to Future:
- Future will notify us in return-slack.
- Ask Future to return HFC6395 to the Ongoing stock
- Make a credit on the BC-order that has no cost.
