GIFTCARDS are generated automatically from march 5th 2026 through Awardit

We now use Awardit for gift cards, which means we have created new product pages per brand. The gift cards are valid for all 3 brands regardless of which one you buy and you can also choose between digital and physical cards. The code is automatically generated and sent by Awardit.

We don’t send a physical gift card unless the customer specifically asks for it.  If you create a gift card manually as per instructions below;  Make sure the code starts with the word “GIFT” . This will make it easier for us to handle the orders later on when they are placed.

How to create a discount code or giftcard in Chrystallize:

1. Apps

2. Z-Qpon

3. Create coupon

4. From up to down - fill in one section at a time: : Settings, Coupon codes, Application and conditions

5. Settings ⬇️  > SEK/NOK/EUR > Amount ex 5000 kr >

6. Coupon message GIFT CARD: ex "Woho! Grattis till dig! // Whoo Congratulations! " > Start date (today) No end date

7. Coupon message DISCOUNT: ex " DISCOUNT VALEN XL SHOWROOM" Start date (today) End date (today)

8. Coupon code ⬇  > Single code > Coupon code ex "GIFT-ordernr"  or  "VALEN-XL" > Max number of uses: 1

9. Application and conditions ⬇️  > Apply on cart total

10. Continue

11. Create coupon

12. Send the code to customer through Kundo together with PDF available here ⬇ or in Drive
