Routine for export orders shipped from Future in Stockholm 

• Sweef do not ship to the UK, because of their fire-regulations, or outside of Europe. It is important to remember that the risks of shipping outside our normal area of delivery is with the customer, it is worth mentioning so that the customer knows that we are not liable for any damages because of shipping.
• The customer can also book a delivery with another company and pick up their order in our storage in Stockholm and look into exporting it from there themself if they want.

How to:

1. E-mail outbound@futuremobility.nu what the customer wants to order + their delivery address (Streetname, number, postal code, city, country)
2. The price you receive will be in SEK unless otherwise specified and is excluded tax, so you will have to add 25% extra to this price. Round it down to a nicer number, to the closest 100. i.e. 5634:- SEK would be 5600:- SEK. Calculate what the full price will be in Euro and use the same rounding system down to the closest 10 if they want to pay in Euros.3: Make the order on the website using the special order product for paying for the shipping, do not make an order directly in BC but on the website.
3. Write into the messagebox that the special order is for delivery and the delivery-address. Choose a delivery option which has no extra fee even though it’s the wrong option.
4. Our website is not set up for orders for other countries so fill in the information as accurately as you can and use a postal code for the respective country (Swedish or German) to get the delivery options. This can also be changed afterwards manually in BC if customer wants something specific on their invoice.
5. In BC: Change special order into the shipping article and make sure the amount is correct.5: Copy ordernumber and the link to e-mail sent to future into the comments of the kundo conversation with the customer.
