ORDER TO SHOWROOM DE + NO

ROUTINE ORDER + RECEIVING PRODUCTS DE + NO SHOWROOM:


🚚  When you want to order something to your showroom:

  1. Place a BC-order on your customer card (Sweef showoom Berlin & Sweef Showroom Oslo)
  2. Slack the order number in operations-germany / operations-norway  and tag @Sofie
  3. OPS will create a Transferorder (TRA) and prepare the shipping


📩  When you receive the order to your showroom:

  • Double check that everything on the BC-order is received - Contact OPS if something is missing
  • Open the TRA-order written in the BC-order like this:
  1. Click Transfer orders in BC
  2. Find the right TRA-order and open it
  3. Double check that we have chosen the right stock (Furniture to be displayed in showroom to SHOW-DE/NO-OF, things to be sold in Showroom SHOW-DE/NO-ON)


  1. Change posting date to current date
  2. Click POST and Ship
  3. Click POST and Receive

  1. The TRA-order will now disappear and the products will go from SUN-COM to the chosen Showroom stock
  2. Delete the BC-order on the trash symbol


đŸŸȘ OBS! From the moment we make a TRANSFER ORDER the products are double reserved (on BC-order and TRA-order)

  • When we make a BC-order and a TRA-order the products will show up as "reserved" for these orders in Item in stock.
  • The moment the BC-order is deleted the reservation of a product will disappear
  • The moment the BC-order is posted the product will change stocks
  • This means that the SUN-COM stock is "lying" while both BC-order and TRA-order exists
  • Therefore always check the ITEM IN STOCK for exakt saldo
