CUSTOMER WANTS TO CANCEL ORDER:


ORDER STATUS: ORDER in BC (Not ordered yet)

  1. BC: Cancel the payment connection (Klarna: Actions > PSP connect > Cancel order) 
  2. Chrystalize: Pipeline > Cancelled
  3. Kundo: Comment "Cancelled" / "Makulerad" - Don't erase the email
  4. BC: Erase order (press the bin)


ORDER STATUS: ORDER SENT / CONFIRMED:

  1. BC: Cancel the payment connection (Klarna: Actions > PSP connect > Cancel order) 
  2. BC: Work description: "Customer has cancelled order"
  3. BC: ORDER STATUS: UNDER CHANGE (OPS will check with the factory if it is possible to stop the production or if we need to receive it and sell on Leveransklart)
  4. Chrystalize: Pipeline > Cancelled
  5. Kundo: Comment "Cancelled" / "Makulerad" - Don't erase the email
  6. BC: Comment in notes what you have done Ex. Cancelled in Klarna and Chrystalize // Sofie
  7. If we can't stop the order - OPS will put the product in Gemensamma
