Going digital
We’re changing the routines so we’re “digital first” - we don’t send a physical gift card unless the customer specifically asks for it. So when we’re handling these orders we just need to email the PDF and the value + code separately. You can find it down below on this page or in the dropbox where we have the spec. sheets for the sofa models. ( Produktblad, monteringsdokument etc.)
I’d say preferably DON’T fill out the PDF yourself (example in the comments). It’s better if we let the customer do this.

No end date?
We want our gift cards to be valid until the apocalypse–unless we’re abducted by aliens or file for bankruptcy. No, but seriously. We don’t need to have an end date unless we want to. What we want more than discarded gift cards is happy customers with our products.

Start the code with the word GIFT
Make sure the code starts with the word “GIFT” . This will make it easier for us to handle the orders later on when they are placed.

How to create a giftcard in Chrystallize:

1. Apps

2. Z-Qpon

3. Create coupon

4. From up to down - fill in one section at a time: : Settings, Coupon codes, Application and conditions

5. Settings ⬇️  > SEK/NOK/EUR > Amount ex 5000 kr > Coupon message: tex "Woho! Grattis till dig! // Whoo Congratulations! " > Start date (today) No end date

6. Coupon code ⬇  > Single code > Coupon code tex "GIFT-ordernr" > Max number of uses: 1

7. Application and conditions ⬇️  > Apply on cart total

8. Continue

9. Create coupon

10. Send the code to customer through Kundo together with PDF available here ⬇ or in dropbox.
